Legendary Real Estate Consultants founder, Mark Spinks entered the real estate industry in 1998 after working as a manager and opening units director in the restaurant industry.

Mark was Rookie of the Year as an agent his first year with his brokerage.  He went on to climb through the ranks and become the top listing and selling agent in an office of over 150 agents.  

From there, Mark started a real estate team, started training other agents and eventually left to start his own brokerage.  Over the next few years he opened 4 offices in the Phoenix, AZ area, recruited and trained over 200 agents, built a large property management division in addition to the sales division.  He expanded the property management division to include both long term traditional rentals as well as short term vacation rentals. 

Mark was ranked in the top 1% of residential Realtors in the nation in sales volume, served on his local zoning commission board, put together a team and organized them to relocate dozens of families from Louisiana to Arizona after Hurricane Katrina devastated the area in 2005, helping to find them housing, jobs, and rebuild after losing everything. 

Mark sold his company and started a new business focused on coaching and consulting the hundreds of property managers, real estate agents, & brokers that he had worked with and helped train for years.  

Our focus here at Legendary Real Estate Consultants continues that: Working with agents, brokers, and property managers in multiple markets to help them grow their business and reach their goals and practicing what we like to call "The Jerry Maguire Principle."
