Legendary was founded by Mark Spinks, who entered real estate in 1998 after a successful career in hospitality management. Mark quickly became top listing and selling agent in a major brokerage, launched and scaled multiple offices in Phoenix, and consistently ranked among the top 1% of Realtors nationwide. Along the way, he built a property management operation covering both long‑term and vacation rentals, recruited over 200 agents, and led community efforts to relocate families post-Hurricane Katrina. 

Today, Mark brings that hands-on experience to clients nationwide, helping real estate professionals thrive with marketing and operations that work.
